Koselig (Koosh Lee) is a Norwegian term that means "cozy" and it is truly something that seems essential is our lives. It really is a way of life and a state of being. It reminds us to slow down and take a breath, enjoy our surroundings, and not get so caught up in the day to day. This is what drew me to Koselig. Several years ago, I was in a very stressful time. I was working full time as a teacher and was also getting my master's degree. My son was in high school and had a lot of activities. I was feeling so overwhelmed and didn't feel like I was in a good place. Koselig is what made all the difference. I realized that my life didn't need to be "busy" all the time. It was okay to just be. To relax. To enjoy. It was life changing.
