Booths are rented on a 3 month contract basis with month to month after the 3 months. In addition to space rental, vendors pay 10% commission on each sale, which covers credit card charges, bags and supplies at point of sale, and advertising.

As a booth renter, you get to decide how your items are displayed, what items to sell, and mark your items with the price you want.

Items to sell: home decor, reused/repurposed, resale, upcycled, crafts and handmade items, gently used clothing, body care products, painted furniture, vinyl records, vintage goods, artwork.

You get to create the vibe for your space! This is a great option for a small business owner who doesn't want to rent and run a storefront, but wants to sell items locally.

Consignment Only options are also available. Don't have to time to keep up a booth, don't feel like you have enough to fill a booth, want to sell you items without so much commitment?

Our Consignment Only option allows you the freedom to sell your items without the booth rent fees and without having to bring in your own displays and to decorate your space.

​

Our fees for Consignment Only are 30%. This covers the consignment fees, credit card fees, supplies at point of sale, and advertising. You take home 70%!
